My background is the construction industry. Over the course of 30 years, I was responsible for the financial control of large commercial construction projects, including valuing work done, project bidding, estimating, buying, planning, financial and project control, and general management.

I decided to learn about sales and for a few years worked with several American companies located overseas (Europe and the Middle East) selling mutual funds, insurance and automobiles. 

After gaining experience in sales, I returned to construction and later started my own specialist plumbing company doing large-scale installation work, and grew this into a multi-million dollar company. When I retired, I took up business consulting to pass on what I had learned to a new generation.

I have written two books – “Keep Your Eyes On The Prize.” and “So, Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?”

I like to work with small business owners and independent contractors, like insurance agents, Realtors, franchise owners, etc. I have made this the target market for my consulting because that is where my experience and my expertise have been developed. And, it is an area I enjoy.
